Created by pioneering community members, the Lennox Educational Advancement Foundation (L.E.A.F.) was founded in 2004 as a 501(c)(3) independent non-profit and was established for the benefit of the Lennox community.
The LEAF Board is composed of a 100% volunteer board that is active throughout the community in education, business, science/technology, government, independent non-profit, and legal work. The variety of experiences of the members of the executive board provides LEAF with unparalleled resources and knowledge in LEAF's continuing efforts to support the Lennox community in everything from our LEAF Scholar program to teacher grants in STEM and the humanities.
Through its support, LEAF encourages, promotes, and enables Lennox students to create and achieve their dreams through education, fine arts, STEM, and access to college.
LEAF bridges the gap between the current reality for Lennox students and the realization of their dreams through the efforts of volunteers who have been a part of LEAF's efforts for well over a decade.
Our goal is to identify areas of need in the Lennox educational landscape and provide general support and resources to the students and schools of Lennox. We aim to provide and maintain consistently high-quality educational opportunities for the children of the Lennox community.
